This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.11.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
