This criminal original petition has been filed to pass an order directing the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners except under due process of law.
2.Even though notice was ordered to the third respondent and served, none appears on behalf of him. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner also.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that complaint has been given out of the money transaction issue. If it so, the above said complaint may be closed with direction to the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. 2/4
