ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, in Cr.M.P.No.1759 of 2022, dated 11.04.2022, directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the All Women Police Station, Kamuthi, weekly thrice ie., on Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are aged persons and having some health issues and are taking treatment. He would further submit the petitioners are complying with the conditions till now. Hence, he seeks modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed. 4.Considering the above facts and also the fact that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 24.03.2022 till now, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the All Women Police Station monthly once (i.e.) on the First working day of evey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
