ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent herein to register the status quo order passed in Arbitration O.P.No.1 of 2010 dated 02.08.2010 passed by the District Judge, Theni.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the arbitrator has passed an award, the same has been challenged by way of an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Cancellation Act, 1995 and the present order has been granted. The same is presented for registration.
3.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and due orders will be passed. 4.In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of, recording the aforesaid submission and directing the respondent to pass orders on the request of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. No costs.
