Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.2, Nagercoil to dispose the petitioner case in CC.NO.112/2012 within a time fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER: This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.07.2017 and the left of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil Viz., D.No.2601/17 dated 31/10/2017, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), appearing for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following Order: The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, sought further extension of two months time to dispose the case in C.C.No.112 of 2012.

2.Time is extended for a further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond seven working days at any point of time.
