PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her property in accordance with law by considering her representation, dated 25.02.2022.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her property in accordance with law by considering her representation, dated 25.02.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 25.02.2022 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 25.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
