PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.122 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.06.2021 for the offence under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (c) of NDPS Act in Crime No.122 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.06.2021 at 13.00 hours the respondent police conduct vehicle auditing at Echampottalpudur Junction. At that time, the petitioner came to the said place in Pulsar Two Wheeler bearing Reg.No.TN 72 BF 3939 and the respondent police way laid and enquired him and he confessed that he purchased ganja from A1 for retail. At about 13.20 hours, A1 and A2 came to the said place in Tata Indica car bearing Reg.No.TN 74 U 7462. On seeing the Police party, A1 escaped from the place of occurrence and the respondent police seized 25.516 kgs of ganja vide 13 pockets and arrested the petitioner and A2. Hence, the case.

CRL OP(MD)No.5824 of 2023 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. 4.It is seen that this is 5th petition for bail and the previous petitions were dismissed. There is no change in circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
