ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2022, on the file of the third respondent to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to conduct investigation and file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2022 and filed final report against the accused persons for the offences under Sections 417, 294(b), 506(1) and 376 of IPC, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, on 21.05.2022. He further stated that the same is yet to be taken on file.
