This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received so far against the Petitioner and no enquiry is pending against him.

4.In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the view that, there is no merit in this Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
