This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent to cancel the patta No.12322 pertaining to S.No.299/1A2 measuring to an extent of 75 cents and patta No.12080 pertaining to S.No.299/1B measuring to an extent of 5 acres 41 cents in Chinnaudaippan Kulam Village, Maraikulam Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District issued in the name of the respondents 7, 8, 9 and 10 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.01.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the District Revenue Officer has already fixed a date for enquiry on 07.06.2024 and enquiry notice was already sent to the petitioner and others, dated 22.04.204 and also produced the copy of the enquiry notice.
3. Considering the above and also the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as scheduled on 07.06.2024, after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents and other interested parties 3/5
and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, with a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
