ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after grant of bail Non Bailable Warrant was issued as against the respondent due to his absence and thereafter it was executed. Now the petitioner has filed the fresh bail petition and thereby no further orders is required to be passed in this petition.
