O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.05.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, petition enquiry was initiated upon which summons was issued to the petitioner. Though the petitioner was appeared before the 2nd respondent Police twice, for enquiry, the complainant / 3rd respondent has not attended for the enquiry. CRL OP(MD)No.7153 of 2020 paper initiated by the 2nd respondent was closed. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is placed on record.

3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the 2nd respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
