The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment passed in Spl.C.No.7 of 2015, dated 05.02.2024, on the file of the learned Special Judge, Viglance and Anti-Corruption Court, Madurai. 1/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has filed a memo along with the death certificate of the appellant and wherein, it is evident that the accused/appellant had died on 23.07.2025. The Memo is recorded.
