This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 333 of 2011, pending on its file and file a charge-sheet within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime. No. 333 of 2011, before the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
