When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, would submit that on the orders of the Additional Director General of Police, the case in EOW (II), Madurai, Crime No.2/2016 has been transferred to Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, on 21.04.2017. 3.Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate Court.
