ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in relating to Crime No.6 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in this crime number has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai through E.filing within the time stipulated as per rules.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through 2/4

appropriate proceedings. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
