ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and the petitioner's civil right over his portion of land in S.No.369 of 15, Korampallam Village - II, Tuticorin District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that the complaint made by the third respondent was enquired and after enquiry, the same has been closed. He would further submit that the petitioner's brother has appeared in the said enquiry.

3. In view of the fact that the complaint has already been closed, no further adjudication is necessary in this present Writ Petition.
