ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to recover the weapon, which was used for committing the offence in Crime No.902 of 2014. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and have also filed a final report. The case has been taken cognizance by the Assistant Sessions Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District in S.C.No.124 of 2015.

3.In view of this development, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
