[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Ms.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Panneerselvam, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied from MBC Category. However, now the petitioner does not claim from

any category and claims from general category as per the marks.

3. In light of that the respondent No.1 may consider the petitioner from general category and declare the results on the basis of the marks obtained by the petitioner.

4.With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
