O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate the case and to file final report in Crime No.332 of 2015, dated 06.06.2015, on the file of the second respondent and to take proper action against the accused in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.332 of 2015, dated 06.06.2015, for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 353, 379 (NP) and 506(i) of I.P.C., on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the case was closed as "mistake of fact" and that R.C.S. Notice is not served. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) also submitted that he served the R.C.S. Notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Having regard to the facts stated above, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
