ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 27.11.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.20231 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer (Elementary Education), Kovilpatti, dated 09.05.2024, wherein the order of this Court has been complied with. However, according to the learned Counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner, her approval has not been granted from the date of her appointment. It is open to the contempt petitioner to raise such a grievance in the appropriate proceedings.
