O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent point out that the issue is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Ramadoss Vs., The Sub-Registrar, Sankarankovil and others in W.P(MD).Nos.5954 of 2024 and 21737 of 2023, dated 11.09.2024.

2. As both sides concede the issue is covered, the impugned impugned refusal check slip in refusal No.RFL/Sankarankovil/37/2025, dated 12.03.2025, issued by the first respondent is hereby quashed. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to register the document, 2/4

if it is otherwise in order, within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of uploading of this order in the website of this Court.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
