This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.216 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thakkalai Police Station, Kanyakumari District and quash the same on the ground of abuse of process of law insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.216 of 2010 has been completed and action has been dropped.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. The first respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
