Respondent PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey and fix the boundary stones to the petitioner's land in Survey No.390/1B1 to an extent of 1.471⁄2 acres situate at Akilandapuram Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2015 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey and fix the boundary stones to the petitioner's land in Survey No.390/1B1 to an extent of 1.471⁄2 acres situate at Akilandapuram Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2015 within a time frame.
2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that having received the amount for surveying the petitioner's land, the respondent has not surveyed the land. However, the learned counsel would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent
is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
