This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by interfering in civil dispute without following the procedure. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Even on the earlier occasion i.e, on 19.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner.
