ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the tender process to be held on 04.08.2015 conducted by the respondent for item No.22 of the respondent's notification number Ma.Va.3/000145/15, dated 14.07.2015.

2.Mr.I.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's application for issuance of tender schedule is pending.

4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the tender schedule will be issued to the petitioner, so as to enable him to participate in the tender.
