This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them with regard to a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioners. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
