O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the second respondent herein to execute non-bailable warrant issued by learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai in C.C.No.307 of 2015 on the file of said Court, dated on 30.06.2016, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

As against the serious offences made in the charge sheet against the accused, no explanation is offered or acceptable reason is indicated by the learned Government Advocate for the delay in executing the warrant for more than a year. Hence this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
