To allow this Second Appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S. No.92 of 2014 dated 20.08.2019 on the file of the Additional Sub court, Tirunelveli, confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S. No.318 of 2009 dated 09.08.2012 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.A.GANAPATHYRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to dispense with the production of the original decree passed in O.S.No.318 of 2009 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the production of the original decree passed in O.S.No.318 of 2009 on the file of the first Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, is dispensed with for the present. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
