ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant Educational Loan to the petitioner who is claiming to be undergoing L.L.B. Course at PRIST University.
2.The respondent bank has filed a counter affidavit. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the application submitted by the petitioner was closed on 14.12.2020. The main objection of the respondent bank seems to be that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.8685 of 2021 petitioner may not be entitled to claim the loan under the head of Educational Loan. In view of this development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the respondent bank and seek for a loan under any other head except as an Educational Loan. It will be left open to the respondent bank to consider the same and take a decision. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
