The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 27.11.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.16452 of 2023. In compliance of the order of this Court, the second respondent herein has passed an order on 24.04.2024.

2. In view of the above said facts, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the contempt petitioner to challenge the said order, if she is so advised.
