This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is at the stage of cross examination of P.W.2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and also the fact that divorce petition has been pending from the year 2016 onwards, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
