2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2016 and to take suitable action as against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief in accordance with law.
