(Respondents 3 to 7 are impleaded as per order of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6629 of 2017 dated 01.09.2017) PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry on the false complaint.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry on the false complaint that was lodged by certain individuals.

2.It appears that on the basis of the complaint received from certain individuals, who are also now impleaded as respondents 3 to 7, the present case has been registered as against the petitioners in Cr.No.176 of 2017.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) stated that as per the complaint lodged by the petitioners, a case was also registered against the complainants by registering an FIR. It is further stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that pursuant to the two complaints lodged by both the parties, the respondent police will conduct an enquiry, without harassing either the petitioners in this case or the defacto complainants, who are also the accused in the complaint given by the petitioners.
