ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2021 and direct the respondents to collect the monthly Tender charges for the currently running buses within the Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi Zones under the control of the first respondent from the petitioner pursuant to the Tender confirmation order issued by the second respondent in K.No.No:3215/(O&M)Corp/TNSTC/TNV/2020, dated 18.03.2020.

2.Though the petitioner seeks a specific direction from this Court in the present writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case or the contentions raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
