ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to provide police protection for the Guru Pooja of Sri Sadhu Dharmanatha Saraswathi Swamigal to be conducted on 03.12.2016 to 05.12.2016 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.11.2016 which had been acknowledged by the respondent in CSR.No.180 of 2016, dated 26.11.2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that if a representation is given for conducting Guru Pooja of Sri Sadhu Dharmanatha Saraswathi Swamigal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after 06.12.2016, the respondent is ready to consider the representation for providing police protection. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the representation, the respondent shall consider and pass orders on the same.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
