ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to modify the layout of Shakthi Nagar comprising in Survey No.318/2 combined with new S.F.No.123/4, 128 measuring an extent of 21 acres 11 cents situate at Oalaiyur Village, Manikandam Panchayat, Tiruchirappalli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2015. 2.Mr.M.Rajaram, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
