Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.04.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the judgment reported in 2014 (4) CTC 627 within a time frame. ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.04.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the judgment reported in 2014 (4) CTC 627 within a time frame. By the said representation, the petitioner has alleged that the lands belonging to him have been forged.
2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.04.2015, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 and also the decision reported in 2014 (4) CTC 627, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
