This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
3. It is stated that on the basis of the complaint of the father of one Senthil, the petitioner is called for enquiry frequently and under the guise of enquiry, he is under harassment.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that no complaint was received as against the petitioner and no enquiry is pending.
5. In the said circumstances, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as not necessary.
