ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli district to expedite the trial in O.S.No.215 of 2020 and complete the proceedings within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was filed in the year 2020. It is a suit for recovery of money. Pleadings have been completed and issues were also framed as early as on 19.11.2021 itself, but the trial has not commenced. The matter has been referred for Lok Adalath twice however, it was not settled. Thereafter the case is not listed for hearing. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3.The suit is of the year 2020. Pleadings were completed on 25.08.2021 and issues were framed on 15.09.2021 itself, but the trial has not commenced yet. Therefore the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.215 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
