Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered on 05.02.2016 in Crime No.24 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the Surandai Police Station, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2015. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition.
