PRAYER IN W.P.(MD)No.13680 of 2015: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's -complaint dated 23.07.2015 with regard to cancellation of fraudulent registration in document No.51 of 2012

and launching of prosecution as per the provisions laid down by the Registration Act.

COMMON ORDER These Writ petitions have been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representations with regard to cancellation of fraudulent registrations and launching of prosecution as per the provisions laid down by the Registration Act.

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioners are disposed of, by the respondents, in the light of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 issued by the Inspector General of Registration and also on merits and in accordance with law within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.Mr.K.Guru, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of Circular 67, dated 03.11.2011. 5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners, dated 05.01.2015 and 23.07.

2015, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioners as well as to the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
