Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report is not yet received, a copy of the closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
