O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the respondent police harassed the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, made a submission that previously, for the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.281 of 2020, dated 30.05.2020 and thereafter, after due enquiry, the enquiry was closed as civil dispute. According to him, as of now, no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police. 4.The same is recorded. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7159 of 2020 has been closed. The respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
