PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to hear the petitioner and consider her explanation, dated 13.03.2025 before passing any order on the representation, dated 12.08.2024 and 27.09.2024 and 18.10.2024 given by the sixth respondent against the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to hear the petitioner and consider her explanation, dated 13.03.2025 before passing any order on the sixth respondent's representations, dated 12.08.2024 and 27.09.2024 and 18.10.2024. 2/6

2.According to the petitioner, already the sixth respondent lodged a complaint before the fifth respondent and the sixth respondent also approached this Court by filing a petition in W.P(MD)No.3290 of 2025 and this Court disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondent police to consider the sixth respondent's representation within a period of two months. Now, before disposing the sixth respondent's representation, the petitioner has to be heard in that enquiry. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already this Court directed the respondents 1 to 3 and the Sub Inspector of Police, Poovanthi Police Station to consider the sixth respondent's representation in accordance with law, within a period of two months.

4.As far as the fifth respondent is concerned, already the petitioner's representation was considered and closed. As far as the respondents 1 to 3 are concerned, so far the petitioner has not been called for enquiry. Therefore, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conduct enquiry by affording opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the 3/6

same, in accordance with law, within fifteen days from the date of this order.
