Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7390 of 2018, dated 28.04.2018 to execute the surety before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The petitioner is shown as second accused in Special S.C.No.90 of 2016, non bailable warrant has been issued against him. 3.The petitioner is surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court on the next hearing date and apply for recall of warrant. On such application being filed the learned Special Judge is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
