ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Sub-Judge, Ramanathapuram to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2020, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The revision petitioner is the third defendant in the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2020, filed by the respondents 1 to 10/plaintiffs. Perusal of 'B' Diary shows that Court notice was served to the defendant on 08.12.2020; written statement was filed by the second defendant on 17.03.2021. On 21.04.2021, issues were framed and posted for trial.

4.Since, the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram is flooded with more cases, the trial cases can be posted as per the filing date. Since the suit is posted periodically, this Court is not inclined to fix time limit to dispose of the suit. However, the learned Sub-Judge, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible.

5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
