Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachments made in Periyakulam in Survey No.98 to an extent of 26.58.5 Hectare Seegampatti Village, Near Poorvathi Kovil, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and restore the water bodies to its original position as per the FMB sketch based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2014. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.07.2014, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated time.

4.Having considered the relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.07.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
