2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2016 and the 1st respondent to investigate into the case with some suitable officer other than the 2nd respondent.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court and the same shall form part of the records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a
