This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give necessary police protection to the life of the petitioner and to survey his property on the basis of the representation, dated 02.11.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a civil suit is pending between the disputed parties and the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate
